Teacher- the ability and the desire to search out truth and to present it in a way that leads to understanding.
Characteristics
-Likes to do research and study
-Is disciplined in the pursuit of truth
-Is very concerned about accuracy

Exhorter- the ability and the desire to see the practical application of God's truth and to stimulate the faith of others toward application.
Characteristics
-Likes to encourage and counsel others
-Can simplify complex matters
-Has a positive, but realistic outlook

Giver- the ability and the desire to use material means to bless those in need and to bless the ministry of Christ.
Characteristics
-Sensitive to the material needs of others
-Gives freely, without compulsion
-Generous

Administrator/Leadership- the ability and the desire to coordinate the activities of others in order to achieve God-honoring goals in ministry.
Characteristics
-Likes long-range planning goals
-Visionary
-Is self-motivated

Mercy Shower-the ability and the deisre to sense the distress of others and bring consolation to them.
Characteristics
-Compassionate
-Looks for the good in others
-Sensitive to the pain of others
